The hotel is located near mahakal mandir in a gali. The property is very vast but badly maintained . Reception is manned by very friendly people. I booked hotel via mmt in evening and checked at Kate night. Check in was smooth. Ac double room was very spacious but was not cleaned very properly. Bed sheet was full of dust which was replaced promptly. Bathroom had pan stain on tiles which could have easily cleaned by acid. One thing which was most common was poorest cable TV network which is common in all low priced hotels, making it very hard to search good channels. They have not indicated reception no on telephone placed in room. The knob on ceiling fan's speedometer was missing. All these things I managed ,but the switch of light just above me in the ceiling was faulty which was not switching off which led to poor sleep and at the end I repented choosing this hotel. With very little investment, promoters can facelift this spacious hotel. They need to spend few minutes in their rooms as guest. They should not cost cut on cleanliness. They must understand that with so much competition and review dependent market, with existing practice they will not get new guests. To hope that owners will do positive efforts to remove minor shortcomings.

Very bad hotel. Rooms were dirty, bedsheets and pillow were smelly and stain marks in all over places. Spending 1 night was a nightmare. The photographs uploaded by hotel are all fake. Only the reception looks same rest its a very shabby place. Don't book this hotel its better to go for a dharamshala rather wasting money on this hotel.

This hotel is run by bunch of goons who believes in creating scene in front of deemd customer after drinking.. Rooms which was provided to me had leakage outside and had slippery floor due to leakage.. Room which was provided was not at all clean with strands of hair all around on bed and bathroom floor.. Requested them to clean the room and I given response that you will get this much dirtiness in every room.. Then i called the yatra customer care to get it sorted finally after 2 hours my bathroom was cleaned but they didn't changed the dirty bedsheets saying that thay don't have any more bedsheets.. In the evening i was moving downstairs via lift bunch of drunk guys came and started abusing in each floor.. They didn't even serve food to your room.. They entertain very cheap crowd and family people should totally avoid it.. These guys have no professionalism.. While I was having my dinner at their resturant two drunk staff stared fighting and stared abusing eachother ( one guy name is hardik).. I finally Decided to check out in 5-6hrs due to horrible experience.. I'm attaching pic of my room if you guys still dont believe me
