I came here with my family and firstly the view from the room was unbelievable. Then when we went to dinner, food was great, but was only warm, but not hot. We just asked and they immediately rectified the situation turning up the burners and re-serving our plates. It was not possible to ask for better hospitality. Aqqib and Madi were especially warm welcoming people and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. I could not recommend this place more!!

Poor service.. i stayed in this hotel for 2 days so we spend one night at bhawan and the second is in this hotel and the experience of the hotel was very poor. bathroom was blocked totally and when i complaint they even don't care.. i request to change the room but management refuse the request the second day when i shout on the reception.. they give me another room for bath... and the amazing thing was that .. the new room was as same as the old one... same bathroom blockage issue. i would not suggest this hotel to anyone until you are in big trouble to find a hotel in katra.

I regularly visit Katra and choose nothing else but this hotel. Right in the center of the market makes this pretty comfortable for me. Nice staff. Spacious rooms make this one a perfect fit for family visits.
