Good hotel and people but your car cannot reach this hotel. You will have to get down around 200 meters away with your luggage and climb the hill to reach the hotel. Stay and service wise, overall it was good experience.

Had a very pleasant and safe stay with my family. Good Staff behaviour and veg food is very good. Our super deluxe room was good , clean bathroom. Shimla tour plans also good. If you love walking then not a problem to reach Mall Road anytime in 15 mins. During night monkey noise.

It's located in the worst location. You have to walk 100 mtrs steep climb with your luggage the 300 MTR on flat road and then you have to climb 50 stairs and then dirty gullies. Please don't book this hotel if you are traveling with old people. Though rooms were good they don't receive any sunlight and are very cold and damp.

I stayed there for 2 days. Good things- Very good hotel to stay. Service best as expected. Meal was good. Receptionist is very good person. I really impressed when he understood our necessity and provided umbrella to travel. This is very small thing but somewhere it matters. Pros- No path for parking. Hotel is in interior.

The room service was prompt.The hotel staff was very nice and humble.The food preparation was very good with delicious taste and last but not the least, it is located near to the mall road.The only drawback is car parking not available and outside parking is costly.
