We booked as a transit hotel for one night since we had an early morning flight. The airport is about 10-15 mins away on an empty road from the hotel. The hotel is interior to the main road. But the hotel in itself is good. The staff were humble and welcome and the rooms were pretty good and spacious with all the necessary amenities. The rooms are provided with AC and fan- but make sure you book an AC room or you won’t be allowed to use the AC. The rooms are centrally heated, so there is no option of using the heater manually. So if the heater is centrally switched off and you are cold- you’ll have to help yourself or ask the staff to help you. They will definitely help you. The food is decent with good options. Overall, a good transit stay. And a budget stay considering the general pricing of Srinagar.

The rooms were amazing and hygienic and the staff of the hotel was very polite and assisted us very well. The service of the staff is really appreciated as they treat the guests as their our family member, even with children they are very polite.

A lovely hotel to stay and make memories with the amazing staff support. Located centrally in the city, the hotel does not offer much of a view from the rooms, but it is completely compensated by the warmth of the staffs. Travelling with aged parents and a 5 yr kid, Ahmed bhai, Aquib bhai took extra care about the hassle free stay. One request and it was ensured every meal matched the exact taste we were looking for..

The stay at centre point was very good, good spacious rooms with good food both veg and non veg. The staff at Centre point is very co operative, the service is also quick. Highly recommended to stay.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, and it was indeed a good and comfortable stay. The hotel stays true to its name, and it situated in the middle of Srinagar, though far from Dal Lake, and is surrounded by many other hotels everywhere blocking any kind of view. The hotel is multi storied, with lift system and stairs case. The rooms were pretty clean, big and room heating was through AC. The attached bathroom looked somewhat old, but was provided with almost all facilities. The room wifi was excellent, which is a rarity nowadays. The TV was old and not very good though. The cafeteria downstairs had decent options and except for one morning where breakfast was not very good, the other meals we had were buffet and had good variety of options. We also ventured out to have some local kababs on the last day, since the main street was close, but like most Kashmiri food, they were quite hard and difficult to eat. We regretted not eating in the hotel. But the best part about our stay here was undoubtedly the hotel staff, led by the wonderful and friendly Shaukat. He tended to our every need and always behaved in very courteous and amiable manner. He definitely managed to form a bond with us, and we will always remember him alongside this hotel. To conclude, this hotel was the best experience of lodging we had during our entire Kashmir stay, the only reason I could think of for choosing somewhere else would be to stay near Dal Lake.
