The behavior of the staff sitting at the cash in the local bar is very bad. The answer is wrong. Food is not good at all. The worst hotel in Alappuzha district.very very bad behaviour of all staff including security.

Had made a bulk booking of nine rooms for a wedding function. I was a visitor from Canada. Housekeeping was a disaster. Very rude staff. No hot water in rooms and after complaining numerous times some of the bathrooms were somehow furnished with hot running water. Numerous rooms had broken doors in the shower cabinets. Rooms infested with mosquitoes in the evenings especially during this time of contagious diseases. Basement parking seldom has parking space. Had requested for a detailed bill on previous day of checkout and on checkout day front office informed bill was not ready and would email the same but till date no email from them. I suspect I have been overcharged but out of courtesy did not dispute the amount they charged me and also since I was leaving did not have time for argument. Would not recommend anyone to stay at the hotel especially tourists or anyone intending to book multiple rooms

This hotel has the most lame service i have ever come across.... We are a group of three relatives(all ladies group) who planned to stay in this hotel starting today, 19th March 2019 for the next 3 nights.... We were in touch with the hotel General Manager and other staff since february 3rd week.... We had cancelled our booking on 9th or 10th March following corona outbreak and had informed the general manager about the cancellation.... To my utter shock amd dismay, i got a call from the hotel from a staff by the name "Lakshmi" and she casually tells me "madam, i called to inform you that our hotel is full and so no room is available for you today"... i replied that the booking is already cancelled and informed to GM. Then she casually says OK and was about to disconnect the call... I asked her how come she has no information about our cancellation to which she had no answer. THEN THE WORST PART COMES UP.. I ask her, so what would have happened to us had we proceeded with the trip and arrived in the evening for check in.. To my utter dismay, she says that they wont have rooms, even if we had booked !!!.... Was completely dissapointed by their attitude... i tried called their GM thrice since morning but the number is not reachable.... Also two weeks back, when i contacted a staff int his hotel regarding room selection, the staff dint even bother to call back.And mind you, i had called during office working hours.... THIS IS THE KIND OF HOSPITALITY AND RESPONSIBILITY.... So kindly do not trust this hotel staff at all and dont get deceived by the beautiful trip advisor pics... Despite making a booking via the general manager of the hotel, if this is the kind of response, then god bless the guests making the bookings trusting these people !

Located on the main road and close to the backwaters of Alappuzha, the hotel is well designed and equipped with all modern amenities. We checked in for an over night stay after a day long road trip. The room was very spacious even after placing an extra bed. Room and wash room was clean and tidy and very well maintained. They have a restaurant [Delish] on the ground floor. Food quality is very decent and the price is also comparatively fair. Our check-in and check-out experience was very good. Bell desk was prompt in delivery/pick-up of baggage, reception made the check-in / check-out process hassle free and fast. There are ample of parking facilities.
