This is the one of the worst hotel I have ever been to. I don’t know why these hotels are not black listed. I booked a room for 311.46. When i contacted the property the manger Madavan told me he cannot give the room for that price mentioned in the booking, however he will give the room for 1500. When I went physically the women in the reception said she needs 2000 a room. When I went called Madavan he didn’t answer the phone either. I came with my family with my mum immediately after a surgery. I seriously don’t know how they cheat like this. Don’t ever go there 😡

I had the worst experience in this hotel today. During the check in, i met shabbir - the manager at the counter. Believe me, he is a rogue. Rogue of the first order. He does not have the minimum manners on how to behave with the customers. I asked him if the breakfast is included in the tariff. He told me "we are not giving to all customers". What does that mean ??? I understood that breakfast facility is only for a few guests. But his version is "breakfast is not provided to any customer". I told him how can he decide whether a person can be provided breakfast or not, his answer was "you have a hearing problem". I told we are not giving brakfast to all customers".. I am sure he does not have command over English language but he lacks how to behave with the customers also. How can a bloody hotel reception fellow dare to comment to a customer that he has a hearing problem. I immediately walked out of the hotel. Believe me, this hotel is not even worth 10 rupees if shabbir like people are there who are at the reception. Better to search for different hotels nearby. Worst experience.

Something wrong is there any other the hotel , very dimly lit corridor with bad smell , rooms are not properly lit . Temple side rooms are not having ac and other side room curtains can't be drawn as old house is there with families living there . No TV channel other than tamil , no coffee / tea in the room which are nowadays basic in any hotel with tariff in the range of RS. 2500/- to 2800/-. For single night ..though staff tried their best but need to think before coming again ..

I just stay one day in this hotel on 29-August-2018. Breakfast nice, Reception staff nice and all hotel staff friendly and helpfully. I get nice room and whatever i asking and them just bring for me, So nothing to complain about this hotel. Nice location to stay in chennai!

I like the fact that the hotel's location is good and convenient for shopping. A/C was not working. The response to complains were not successful. As for the staff, they were polite and spoke nicely. But, like I said, the outcome of attending to guest concerns were not promising. According to me, the rooms were not very spacious. Also, poor wifi and network.
