Wrost hotel I have stayed in my life. Staff are not professionals. AC and Gyeser not working and after making complain staff did not take care.Seevice is so poor that 1 tea take more than 1 hour. I repeat donot go there. Very bad experience. Wrost Hotel of KATRA.
