I had booked this Hotel through Agoda for two nights but when we reached the reception staff said they do not have any room. They said they have received our booking but cannot check us in. When we asked for the refund, they simply asked us to contact Agoda. Who is to be blamed Hotel or the booking site.

If you are in Delhi than your first priority will be to visit Connaught place , Heart of Delhi. The hotel is quite near to CP and other prominent locations too . Not only that , commuting to any part of Delhi is actually far more comfortable than from any of far off Hotels located at extreme corners of Delhi. Food is too good to miss , especially at their indigenous cuisine BARBEQUE CREATION. And of course they have a theme based BAR too to unwind yourself and the Hotel people will help you get your smiles back with Happy Hours Menu.

This is by far the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. It is in a very downmarket area. The room was filthy with ingrained dirt on everything. We had brought sleeping bags with us for an overnight train journey and slept in them as the bed linen was grey and grubby. We didn't even use the shower. There were dirty, old mattresses on the staircase. The staff were unhelpful and downright rude and ignorant. I had a silver and pearl necklace stolen from my toilet bag whilst we were out. Do not stay in this hotel, I suspect that the good reviews of this hotel are written by the staff. There is a huge choice of good, inexpensive hotels in Delhi, this is definitely not one of them. It should be closed down.

The hotel is centrally located near Rajendra place metro. The hotel offers complementary breakfast. It also offers free wife. The staff is cordial. The services needs a bit improvement. Quality of food is good.
