Been here for a family get together. The place is situated right on the main road and have ample parking space. The food has a pure south indian taste, thus it is better to order the specialty items. One can always try the dum Biryani here which is totally worth the money you spend. Overall a good place to have lunch or dinner.

Never visit this restaurant! It was my first and last visit to Bhagini Whitefield. Hopeless Staff and behaviour uncultured with customer Such rude behaviour by Mr.Girish at ground floor restaurant, i would never talk to anyone that way. You should learn to accept your mistakes rather that ranting at the customer when he is giving you feedback. He was least interested in listening to me and not calling the manager upon telling many times. Staff was not trained or aware of the menu at all. I ordered chicken from main course with roti and he bought me dry chicken, and saying that it comes like this only. The Bill was presented to me much before we finished our food (not acceptable at all.) Happy Hours Fraud When you place big cutouts of happy hours discount on each table, it should reflect in the bill. I had to remind them to give me discount. The comment from the service person was that “YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD US BEFORE AND CAN TAKE DISCOUNT NEXT TIME AS BILL IS ALREADY GENERATED”. Not ready to hear feedback I was wanting to give feedback to them(Mr.Girish) regarding their service and staff was least interested in hearing. Is this the way you run a restaurant and treat customers? I am really sorry but i would never suggest anyone to visit your restaurant again.

We visited this place on 23-Dec [ opposite to Lumbini].. We found stones in the food and reported the same to the guy who was serving the food. Neither he, nor manager had courtesy to come and apologies . Next day, I called up the hotel and explained to the concerned person.. he just took my number and disconnected the call.. very shameless people, I will never recommend this place and shockingly , they were allowing smoking in the bar without making separate provision for the same

Wierd construction of rooms... There is a common ac vent between two adjacent rooms over which voice carries. I couldn't sleep because of loud TV being played in adjacent room. They don't change water in rooms and I got sick because of that. Restaurant staff is very rude. Found nonveg bone in veg food.. Overall very pathetic experience... Would never come here again in my life!
