The experience was so very bad. The receptionist cheated us by taking double day tariff and we stayed for a single day. We check-in at 8 in the morning and the receptionist told you can check in early and you will be charged for single day. While we were checking out they charged for 2 days. The owner of the hotel came to see the matter but he doesn't know how to talk to a customer. Receptionist-Very bad. Owner- Very Very Bad. And lastly he deducted half day tariff as he says early chec in is half day. He doesn't know how to run a hotel.

Nice rooms, running hot water but no WiFi. Restaurant was good but the cook is only familiar with Indian cooking. Ordered American Breakfast and he made a mess of it. Overall stay was ok. Staff were kind and polite.

Miss Managment In The Staff They Take lot of time to do a small thing.. Doesn't want to visit again We lost our room key and they have no any duplicate key of that room... They Have no any Master to open the room in any emergency.. Worst services

We arranged stay for our cyclist friend from London who is on TOUR on bicycle from Wagah to kolkata.Service was so poor. Unfortunately, he lost keys of the room at night when he went to see the city.Hotel people said they don't have any back up.Somehow requested them to give another room.Next day he had to leave at 9a.m.but still they had no idea what to do.Later they said they have a master key but its not in the hotel someone will bring them and made us wait unnecessarily for hours. Then came to know that master key is in the hotel only.We had to feel so embarrassed in front of our foreigner friend.What if someone had his/her flight!!If they don't know how hotel industry works why they are into this business.. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.
