Rooms and food is not good at all....very poor....one can see the pics for once....they count and give food for the one which we pay money....i dont suggest this palce to any visitors.....the staff here is not responsible at all....very unhygienic.....

Booked a suite on 31-12-18 to have the worst ever experience. Suite is an ordinary room with some adjusted extra space. It was stinking. Toilet with old unrepaired taps n accessories and stained commode. No water on 1-1-19 and no hot water. After managing to take bath no breakfast at 10 am. Car was used for sleeping in valet parking and was soiled completely with foot prints on all door pads Completely insensitive and non courteous front office staff

Location :- Hotel is located in a good location accessible to all places in Mangalore Rooms:- Rooms are decent and bathrooms are clean .They could rather avoid keeping so called toiletries as they are of no use. We just asked for toothpaste, instead we got dental kit and when we checked out we found that it was added to our bill.The person who delivered didn't inform about the cost and receptionist was saying its only provided complimentary in suites . Common our room didnt come cheap either.around ~2.8k . Service:- Apart from the reception lady everyone was courteous and helpful Food :- Complimentary breakfast . Please provide decent food else you could exclude it in the room charge. Restaurant food:- Restaurant food was good. They dont have big parking area but assist you with valet parking. Overall a decent hotel with improvement needed.

I’ve come to this hotel for a long term visit and I couldn’t be happier. The hotel is clean and comfortable. I’m a foreigner and have been made so welcome by all the staff. There is a marvellous restaurant on the premises. Breakfast is included in my package and is a good experience. The autos and buses are available just outside the door. The reception team have been so helpful. Especially Mr Kiran Bangera who has given me advice and information about Mangalore. He has a very nice manner with all the guests.

Our experience was quite good. The hotel is in a good location and has a good ambience. Check-in was quick. The A/C room we booked was clean. Hot water was available. The free WiFi was really fast. Staff courteous. Parking could be an issue for people who come by their own vehicle as the parking place is very small. The complementary breakfast was ok but it could have been better.
