Don't go here for stay. it's a worst ever place for staying there are some reason for not stay here.Rooms are not clean.there are dust everywhere on fan , tubelight,wires,bathroom window.Someone spitted in room like room spray.cleaning is not proper here.they don't want more customer now I think

The room, which the hotel is claiming as delux, is extremely dirty with spit stains on the walls, the handbasin is right next to the bed and it stinks (we couldn't sleep all night), the aircon is really loud, the bathroom floods, the toilet does not have "flush" system but rather a tap which doesn't do anything, no restuarant as advertised (we're told they only have a canteen), an employee attempted to open the door knowing a female was in the room, rubish bin is so dirty, a disgusting comb left near the water glass, the windows were broken thus bringing in dust and noise from outside. We had booked for 3 nights, the first night we were exhausted after a long journey, the second night we were up all night dealing with the issue without any success and we didn't stay the third night. When we showed the pictures to the hotel, they were initially defending themselves and then accepted the pathetic standard of the room. However, they are so shamless they are refusing to refund our money. This is daylight robbery. We are tourists from New Zealand but we refuse to be subject to this sort of scam and we make it our mission to put our experience with the hotel on as many forum as possible.

amazing hotel in ahmedabad, definitely worth every penny spent. good and comfortable rooms . special services for children and food also is amazing. the city markets are easily accessible either by public or pvt transport.

Ibooked one 4 bedded room for my family. They allow early check in ( even 9am tey consider as early) with much request. Do't have any proper restaurant. Breakfast was good, they were preparing on their own. Room was spacious. They have separate rooms fr bath and toilet. But worst part of this room was it's toilet. It's horrible, congested, unhygienic. Even somebody can't imagine a toilet like this exists in a hotel of this standard. My suggestion, don't book 4bedded AC family room in this hotel. I don't know abt the wo bedded rooms. The hotel is awaty from main city. Plz. prefer somewhere else. It' not advisable to book.

If you are on a solo travel, this is a nice place to visit. Have all facilities. nearby to station Ambience : 7 Service: 8 Customer Support :9 Location : 7 The trip and the stay was awesome and i enjoyed the food and awesome coffee.
