I stayed here during the coldest December on record and was pleasantly surprised to be offered a heater for my room (most Indian hotels are not equipped for cold weather and don’t have heating). That made this hotel the most comfortable of all the hotels I stayed in during my 2 week trip. There was also plentiful hot water (another amenity that can be hit and miss) and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I had during my trip. And for anyone craving coffee (there isn’t much of this in India either) there is a Costa within walking distance.

Low-quality hotel. Bedding dirty, smelling air Diezel, electricity can not be turned off, moldy bathroom curtain, towel holder rusty, dirty toilets. Hot water is only one day, another day just cold. Buffet dinner and breakfast selection is poor, the staff eat the food. Bottled water prices doubled overnight. Deserted street, run-down hotel. Unfortunately, the travel agency booked it before.

So I am going to write this in full and in a well-explained manner here. To Start off: 1: The rooms do not look like what you see in the images. 2: The pool is nonexistent and is outside the hotel in a garden which makes no sense. The pool is filthy and no grass etc around it to make it look and feel good, Coming to My trip and my review: 1: We had to check in on 6th October 2019 around 1 pm and we reached there around 3 pm. We were NOT greeted by anyone. I had to take the luggage out of the car as well. 2: The two people on duty were probably the coldest I have ever seen in my entire life there face resembeld someone who has just gone through a breakup or has gotten a smacking by seniors. They were UTTERLY RUDE and disgusting in their behavior. 3: There were no Hi or Hello, I told them my name and told them that the booking was done via OYO which made them frown even more. I told them I am paying the remaining amount via the OYO app as I had paid a booking amount. They stopped me from doing that and told me "We are having issues with OYO and the payment releases so pay us directly via a card swipe or cash" I had no issues doing it but then they added a line to the above-mentioned statement which translated to " You should be grateful we have given you a room even after booking via OYO we could have simply refused you a stay" this trigger me a bit but then I decided to keep calm and get a room as I was already late and wanted to get on with city tour and site seeing. 4: The guys sitting on the reception then told me "Please check the room first and see if you want to stay" and they gave us (Me & my Wife) a room with two single beds. 5: There was no water in the room, no towels and room had some litter all around. We had to call twice to get Towels, water and some soap etc. 6: The breakfast had Poori Aaloo, Cold tea, Stale bread and Poha. The poha tasted good to be frank. The Poori was nice the Aaloo were very spicy. Overall I am VERY DISAPPOINTED by the place and would never stay here again even for free. I am going to complain to OYO as well and ask for a refund as : YOU SHOULD BE given money to stay in this CRAPPIE hotel instead of paying.
