We stayed here for 3 nights at the ground floor room which was compact and dingy. Bedsheets, towels, blankets were unclean. Upon asking for water, they give RO water and mineral water will be charged. Our friends in the other room got stuck in the lift at 3 in the morning. They called us for help and then we informed staff. Only one staff member came to help, rest were asleep. There's no room for the staff, you'll find them sleeping in the reception area. Service was quick. Location wise, uber can easily reach here, good connectivity to main road, forum mall is walkable. For food, you can try Sharma brothers, Balaram sweets, which is 10 mins walk from hotel.

I have recently visited there in a business purposes on the the last Friday and stayed for one day. I really like their service and the food of this hotel. It also has good communication system with the main road.

Hotel was nice but its very old hotel of kolkata. I booked for 2 day stay here. Rooms were having old amenities and it was sufficient for a normal 1-2 day stay and cleaned washrooms Very awesome services given by the staff. All staff are helpful and friendly behavior.

Arrived at the hotel with booking confirmation (email, text and phone confirmation) from a renown hotel booking site and we were turned away with our 7 adults and 6 children because no room had been booked, despite arriving with confirmation. Staff were very and unhelpful, and refused to let us stay in the rooms they had available. Thankfully, a gentleman in the lobby helped to find us a seperate hotel. I would never recommend this hotel, as they now claim we did not show up and we are being charged the full amount despite having to pay out for a new hotel. Disgraceful.
