The hotel is extremely clean. The staff very courteous and kind. The manager Videsh Pal is very friendly and works with customers. The staff Balwant and Sanjay are very caring. The cleaning crew does an excellent job in cleaning and making customers welcome. This is our third time staying at Ashray Int, and we highly recommend it.

Stayed here for around 10 days with family and then again solo for a couple of nights. The rooms are clean and staff are very courteous and helpful. They accommodate all guest requests as much as possible and have excellent customer service skills. Front desk receptionist both at day and night are top notch and genuinely good people. The hotel has strict guest safety policies and felt very safe traveling solo. I actually liked the rooms facing the front street- maybe a bit noisy for some but after all, you are in India, and I enjoyed watching the people and traffic from my room. The hotel location is superb and very close to Sion railway station and a bus stop with several taxis and autos right outside. Getting an uber was also very easy even after 10pm at night. This will be my go to hotel for any future stays in Mumbai.

Not a worthy Lodge

First of all, it's a lodge and not a hotel. They do not have a restaurant. Food is provided from some nearby restaurants. They charge exorbitant rates for "Premium room". Premium aside, the rooms are not worthy of being branded as standard. See the pics attached. U can see the condition of the washroom and the congested living room. The bathrooms are having antiquated fittings which do not work properly. Same goes for the living room fittings like AC as well. Tea/ coffee maker kettles are also not provided. Hygiene levels are also questionable. I came across pests in the washroom. Business customers should avoid this lodge and instead book any hotel at BKC which has good standards.

Property is very well located it's near to sion station but there is no lift in the hotel I have to take stairs to reach 4th floor everytime that was tiring. Apart from this food was good and it tastes delicious you can also find some restaurant near to the hotel. The ambiance is fine in my room there was a small refrigerator I think it was there just for show-off not working and nothing inside it.

Stay out here was quite good. Location is quite good. Expense Stay. We can get better rooms other place for the same price. For food, Restaurants are there nearby. No lift. Charged for full day for early check-in.
