Ashoka international hotel is a medium size hotel. It it just beside of the station road. It is clearly see the normal traffic on the road.The facilities are pretty nice. The hotel has rooms for the people. It has a restaurant too ,inside it.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in last forty years of my professional life. The manager and staff both are very rude. Their check out timing is 11 O'clock but they book the next day from 6 am. They start knocking doors from 5.30 am for vacating the room. At 6 am they bent upon using muscle power to get the rooms vacated.

The worst hotel to stay. I have been coming to this hotel for yhe padt 8 years now. It was excelkrng when it started some 8 years back. Now they are just worst place. Bedlinens are torn, unclean towels upon asking they said thise hv b come old so have turned reddish. About vomplementary breakfast; the janitor upon request will make your breakfast leaving the cleaning that he/ she is engaged. There will be 2 rotton bananas in the plate and one sabji wth 2 paratha with rotton look. Do not at all avail this hotel.seems this is going to be closed.

In connection with a conference, my wife and I stayed in this hotel for one night and our very first impression was that it is much better than what we had expected in a small city like Giridih. The suite we were given was a large one with a very spacious sitting room and a big bed room. All basic amenities are provided. However upkeep and maintenance have scope for improvement. Its location on the main street makes it quite popular.

In a place like Giridih, where there aren't too many options, Ashoka hotel was a very good find. The hotel is centrally located, clean and comfortable, has good service, and the food is great. Also, the staff and manager are very helpful.
