Disappointed with the stay. The staff wasn’t helpful, and at times even borderline rude. Checkout at 10am is ridiculous, very inconvenient for travelers who wish for a hassle-free trip. It felt more like a rush to push guests out. Food was mediocre at best, and the staff stationed near the self-serving were very very rude. There was also subtle discrimination between package and non-package guests, and though we were in the packaged crowed, we felt unwelcomed and second-rate throughout. It was uncomfortable and left a bad taste. Wouldn’t stay again.

Don't call this a hotel. I had a pathetic experience here. This was booked for two nights for us, but eventually we had to leave this lodge/dharmashala within few hours. We just spend a night there & checked out in the morning. If you are expecting hotel like facilities here, then search for something else. We went there in the evening, it was raining & then there was a power cut & believe me, we had to come out of the room. No power backup, no intercom & more importantly my room had no window. Surprise? but true. Infact there was one, but when I opened it, there was no view outside, it was so close to the hill & garbage in the gap of hill & hotel wall. There is no lift also. Outdated rooms & fittings. Owner was not cooperating & so on... So final verdict, Positive review for this hotel are fake or might be paid. This is not a hotel. And if at all you want to book, its not worth spending more than 1k & that too just to get a place to slip in the night.

Namaskar bandhu, first things first. It ain't a business or a boutique or a 3 starrer property.. So if one goes with less expectations n actual plans to roam in Nainital rather than spend time in a hotel, then this hotel is definitely for u. EV OWNERS :-A decent enough e- fill PRIVATE charger 7.5 kw guided by Mr. Pushkar at thd reception who even arranged space for my car to charge. No light issues during my 2 he charging. Though the app is bad n customer support on app is 0. A parking for around 15 cars with ease.. One can even see vintage heel of owner who resides on the top floor. Entry to hotel is through a motorable alley just to the left of HOTEL RADISSON next to high court.. Ground floor rooms have parking as their view so avoid. Upper floor ones r better. Sufficient for 2, a tv, kettle, old glasses n old furniture.. Bathrooms r spacious n yes they clearly mention hot water timings from 8-10 am. ( but I got from 7:30 only).. Blankets r old but workable. Common tidy balcony opens up in parking n outside pine trees n open area.. Balcony does have seats to sit.. Restaurant is oldish. Tip:- a) book directly through nos. Procured from their website through muss neetu to get a good deal. b) Ev charging 7 5"kw is there. c) CGAMPAWAT GHEE from the reception desk is tooooo good n better than market ones at 1000.. /kg.

The experience is very good. The service is good and staff are curtious. it has a restaurant and serves quality food. The locality is also nice and hospitality is good and worth staying here. The overall experience with the stay is excellent and much recommended

Today, I visited Hotel Aroma in Ayarpata, Nainital District. The ambiance was excellent, and the service was unmatched. If you're visiting Nainital, I highly recommend staying at Hotel Aroma. The food quality was exceptional. Thank you to the Hotel Aroma team for their wonderful hospitality.
