Please do think twice if you are about to book a room here. I stayed here for a night after a nine day vacation to all the famous destinations in Himachal. But unfortunately I had to end my vacation with a disaster and horrible experience. I had to negotiate a lot before booking a room for an exorbitant price of rupees three thousand five hundred per night. and we were offered a stinky room which we denied. Later we were moved to another room which was equally horrible but less stinky. Little did we know that they have a new property next door which they never recommend. They have all the things which you don’t want to see during a stay such as leaking taps, cockroaches, stinky rooms, stained bed sheets, shabby rooms. My son started to have vomiting and stomach upset after having the dinner here. Highlight is that for breakfast they serve sandwiches, chicken sausage gravy, pastry and they call it is Indian breakfast. I wonder how if Idli, dosa, puri, wada have been considered as foreign cuisine. Adding to the confusion they have bread toast on one end and butter on the other end.. Forgot to mention the best part, their room service number never gets attended and if you drop a message or a request for room service at the reception it will never reach the room service or house keeping section. And the management was so negligent enough that my early booking was for two nights but after this bitter experience, when I informed about checkout, they didn’t even enquired about why I am leaving early. Worst experience… This is not a heritage property, it is just a old building which was never renovated or upgraded with time.

One of the worst HOTELS I had visited. No care for their Guests. Pillow which were provided had LIPSTIC Mark on them, No TV remote was provided, AC was not functional, Comforter provided was smelling. Room was without Ventilations. Would recommend all the Viewers never to stay there. This property is not at all maintained. Staying here means waste of time and energy both. Make My Trip should blacklist this property.

Rude staff. Bad service. At a great location, has great restaurants adjoining hotel. Linen was dirty.Room very darty and night manager very bed person he don't know how to treat guest very bed service Very bad experience!

I visited this hotel on January. And I have paid 4000. But very disappointed when I saw room as the room was very smelly and worst old room with not good space . Old style washroom with worst condition .Staff was very rude they don’t know how to attend the visitors.Only what I liked was only location we have asked they to change room but they refused and I don’t recommend this hotel as it is different whatever we have seen in sites.

Would like to tell you people, I never saw such kind of Hotel in chd , as I visited yesterday (11:30pm) and I had a hard time as I met to an accident , I visited this hotel with family and I told them that , I am not feeling good so going to room , they asked me and my brother for Id proof which I sent to them, ( Aadhar card ) , they refused our A card , as I am married now and in that Aadhar card my husband name was mentioned and on my brother card my father name was mentioned. So it was a big ? For us . And really sad to know that This hotel put big question mark on brother and sister relationship . Today I faced this kind of problem, tomorrow you can too . But anyways not recommend this hotel for family .We checked out at once . Worst experience. Shame on the staff and manager and Owner too .
