Got a flight from auckland to new Delhi. The flight was arriving around 10pm at night so decided to book a cheap hotel right near the airport. What a horrible mistake. The cab driver didnt know where it was and neither did google maps. Its extremely hard to find. After driving down dirty back alleys for half an hour we managed to find a local who pointed us in the right direction. Arrived at midnight and staff wanted our passports to scan them however they didnt have a scanning machine so sais they needed to take them down the road. We refused and said tomorrow. Rooms didnt have hot water. Door wouldnt lock so had to use our bags to barricade the door locked. About 1 30 am we hear a knock on our door and theres a little kid saying he needs our passports to take away. I tell him to f off. All night long there was loud loud noises up and down the hallway. We slept fully clothed in fear of how dirty it was. In the top 2 of worst hotel experience ever. I left to go on holiday but it felt like a prison sentence. We left as soon as we woke, no clean food options near by so potatoe chips for breakfast it was, then got a cab to center tourist Delhi. The cab driver couldnt believe we chose to stay in that area saying 'very bad area'. I hated indian cities they are fuxking filthy. Hotel airport land is probly quite normal for indian standards so i will not discriminate against them to much. New dehli is hell on earth and hotel airport land are the gates to hell.

Difficult to find the location.Very close to the airport.Not so expensive.Rooms are spacious but the toilets were not so clean.Better option for a short stay or transit.Not properly maintained.Staff service was okay

Horrific hotel down a creepy murder-alley

This place was awfull. First of all it was impossible to find, none of the taxi drivers at the airport knew where it was and we spent ages driving around creepy, unlit alleyways in the middle of the night. There are no signs pointing the way and very few street signs in the area. Even the people we stopped to ask had no idea. When we did find the hotel it was dirty and the staff were unhelpful. There was no wifi (despite it being specified on the website). The room itself was also dirty, the door was broken and wouldn't latch or lock properly. There was no water in the toilet and the bathroom was also dirty. Exactly one thin old mouldy looking towel, full of holes, was provided for a booking of 2 people. I wouldn't touch it with bare skin. The linen was at least clean, but thin and also holey. We barricaded the door because it wouldn't shut or lock otherwise. When we tried to leave in the morning we had to wait almost an hour for the car we'd requested to the airport. Would not recommend at any time, if you value your life or health. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Good hotel. Booked from MMT. Near to airport. Food is also served. Affordable for all. Staff friendly. Cab service also provided. Only issue faced is washrooms not properly maintained. Overall good experience. Observed families as well staying.

Overall the hotel did the job that we intended. It was a double room for me and my partner for one night before we were going from Delhi to agra. The room was spacious and the hotel is where it says on the map so easy to get to. Really close to the airport if you're flying into Delhi. It's not the cleanest, could do with a bit of a deep clean and then would be easy to maintain. Toilet wasn't great and under the bed very dirty (I found out due dropping the key) For a quick stay over ideal, not so for longer periods and wanting to see Delhi as location is merely for airport and not best for tourist attractions. Staff were okay, though could have been a bit more helpful. Says you can pay on card, though we were informed you can't do this. Booking details need to be changed.
