Rude and unprofessional behaviour of the reception staff .... i booked my room online on 7th dec 2021, when we reached hotel the staff denied booking and said hotel is fully booked, as it was night 11 pm they forced us to shift to another hotel (HOTEL BLUE) via them which was not even 1000rs hotel...we paid rs2200 online for hotel accord. I WAS A NIGHTMARE BOOKING AT THIS HOTEL

i had booked an hotel from a website where the manager manipulated to pay the amount before 30days of check-in. the room were pathetic big black mole, no electric jar with coffee,sugar and milk power.

I along with my family arrived at the hotel at 6:30 am in the morning and the facilities were so horrifying and the staff so unfriendly and rude that we had to exit the hotel just 3 hrs later. The bathroom was extremely dirty and was not cleaned even after repeat requests. There was no breakfast services and the staff charged us a whole days charge though we left before the check-in time. The bed was badly stained with black spots and blobs of mud and clay.My father had last stayed in this hotel in 2017.The service back then was excellent. Now the situation at the hotel is horrible no maintenance of rooms, dirty water from taps, very unfriendly staff and a cheat receptionist, bathrooms and bed dirty, the atmosphere of the hotel is not at all suitable for family or even business class people or even hikers to stay for a night. Bathroom walls broken at various places. Even the bed side lamps had been ripped off. In all this is worse than even a roadside dhaba. I strongly recommend any travellers of family, business or hiking class to AVOID this hotel.

Stayed for one night, came to attend a wedding. Room is average. The sliding door for toilet in the room is very irritable. Room is little cramped. Room service is ok.Food for breakfast is not up to the mark. Need to have courteous staff in the reception. I wouldn’t recommend.

I along with my wife stayed in this hotel for 02days. But believe me it was one my worst experience in among all the hotels I stayed earlier.. The staffs here are quite ill mannered. Although I priorly booked still I had to wait for 2hrs at the reception for checking in..Also u have to cry for getting basic amenities in your room such as water, tea maker, towels, blanket,hot water, room cleaning, even for getting food you order from their restaurant..You will find Empty beer bottles and garbages on the corridor to welcoming you. They right f Complementary pick and drop on their visiting card but upon asking they say it is chargeable sir, with irritating smile. Even I complained regarding this all to OYO but then also they seemed quite ignorant.. They respect their customers.. They staffs are in desperate need of training.. Really guys I checked in this hotel on the basis of TripAdvisor' rating, but I would say it is complete breach of trust..
