We chose this hotel due to reviews on this site which we trust. Sadly it was a mistake and ruined our trip. The hotel is not even close to 4 star. It’s a 2 star at best and very expensive for its facilities. There are Atleast 50 scooters parked inside the hotel - seems you are in a govt building. Dark with no lights, the hotel is shady and not fit for families. Breakfast is horrible - plates glasses dirty and food seemed like thrown there for guest to eat. Bathroom and the entire hotel - elevators are dirty. The glasses and mugs in the suite were dirty too - we took a suite because the room was terrible. Please check the reviews - they are misleading travellers. This hotel is a 2 star at best.

This is a good hotel if you plan to stay in Ujjain for few days. We reached late due to long drive from Delhi and it was raining heavily but had no issue to find the hotel. Hotel staff was very helpful and checkin was quick. We liked our dinner. Was easy to go to Mahakaal temple from here and after we came back we had lovely breakfast.
