The Hotel is good for the stay. The staff is okay and supportive. Being tourist place, I was expecting more on the receptive and welcoming smile. but being the small hotel of 26 rooms, you can get good service. I recommend for the stay who wants to roam on the streets for a full day. Food is expensive and not so delicious. Breakfast has limited options for who used to stay at four star hotels. Rooms are spacious. No view from all rooms. Vegetable market is nearby so always crowded but you can get a transport easily. If you are interested in travelling a Banaras, contact any local tour agency. They will guide you better and can help in planning. Hiring taxi from hotel is costly. Overall Good stay for a solo traveler.

Located in the midst of the city. This hotel is situated a bit inside the main road. The road to this hotel is narrow. Good and neat rooms.. Front desk service is good. Travelling arrangements are also made available through the hotel management.. Neatly maintained and good buffet for the morning breakfast (it's complimentary for the guests staying in the hotel).. Cost of the rooms is a bit high.. The nearest attraction is Bharath Mata temple.. Kindly note that there are no available restaurants near this hotel and you have to go around 3 kms for good restaurants.. Tea and coffee are available outside the hotel at a much cheaper rate. Kindly use it of you prefer to mingle with the local and observe the surrounding..

Don't look for fancy...you're not getting (or paying for) fancy. But the staff is super friendly and helpful, the restaurant is surprisingly good and the rooms are spacious and clean. Yet another Indian hotel with a million light switches and a bathroom where they forgot to angle the floor towards the drain, but you could do a lot worse than this place.
