next to an immense and sacred tree, at the bottom of a courtyard which still resists modernity, covered in street art, there are these few rooms at 20€ with hot shower. it's sukumvit 22, its madness, its bars, and just between Azoz and Phrom Phong, a lively district. they also have a restaurant, with vegetarian rolls. the staff is extremely friendly, so i've been here three times

Overpriced and not that much quality 10% charged tax on the bill not explained !! Staff not friendly, different size of portions S/M/L And over over priced Not to be back at all This is not Thai food.

They entice you outside when you are seeing the menu that everything is available but when we went inside they refused that the particular item is finished.Then ordered beer and chicken spaghetti.what we got was warm beer and spaghetti which had traces of chicken.when I requested to change it to chilled beer,these rude waitresses started arguing and would not agree to anything.We finally settled for a 10 percent discount after having spoilt our dinner. Don't ever go to this place as you will never be sure of what you get.Have a nice peaceful dinner somewhere else.

It seems they have new management.I suggest try honey house 2. I booked st Honey 1, 2 nights.The 2nd night I booked a standard room in which they weren't to happy about I quickly dropped my bag off and returned to the room at midnight.I noticed hair in the basin which means this room hasn't been cleaned.It was made to LOOK like that it has been cleaned. Next step is to pull the bed cover back.OMG, the sheets weren't clean.The cleaner has simply made the bed.There was long strands of hair on the sheets. I took photos and slept on top of the bed cover on a towel.Even the towels didn't smell like it had be washed.I notified staff in the morning and they didn't care.I made staff come to the room to look for themselves.I told them I have taken photos.I spoke on the phone to the manager who said the owner doesn't live in Thailand and she couldnt help with the issue.Pathetic.There was no suggestion of compensation.In the 2nd room , the sheets had specs of dirt on them.The bathroom had toothpaste stains over it..Not sure where the cleaner comes from but I wouldn't call them a cleaner.Previously they had an awesome Vietnamese manager.Im sorry to say but now there is no management

Was looking for a good thai dinner but I believe the chef was Chinese as no chilli and tasted more like Chinese food than thai. There was nothing wrong with food but as no one could speak English was hard to communicate hence service was not good. The woman sitting at the road getting people in was great, just went downhill from there. By saying that if you hungry food was ok. Was really not what I requested.
