Perfect location but Lack of Staff Integrity and Professionalism

It was a complete joke for me to have a stay at HAVEN'T MET BANGKOK SILOM; therefore, I would admonishe others against selecting this establishment. In particular, the reception staff exhibited a lack of professionalism and disregard towards guests from non-Western countries. Their manifest deficiency in training and professionalism was apparent in their inability to effectively attend to guests. Further compounding the situation, disregarding the hotel's signage endorsing cashless transactions, the reception staff invariably insisted on additional cash for a variety of services. The conspicuous neglect of their own policy and the resulting inconvenience were entirely reprehensible. Likewise, the breakfast experience was unsatisfactory. The food was frequently delivered late, was served cool, and lacked flavour. The hotel's lack of preparedness was apparent, as despite publicising an opening time of 7:00 AM, there was no solution ready or accessible to guests. In addition, the male receptionist staff exhibited a rude and disrespectful demeanour, particularly when we inquired about the availability of breakfast in the morning. Their conduct was entirely unprofessional and produced a negatively perception. In conclusion, prospective visitors are strongly discouraged from considering a stay at HAVEN'T MET BANGKOK SILOM. Notwithstanding its advantageous location in the centre of Bangkok, the hotel is tarnished by unscrupulous personnel and an impolite receptionist. The aforementioned concerns significantly overwhelm any prospective advantages that the location might provide. It is recommended to explore alternative accommodation choices that place a high value on ensuring guest contentment while upholding a professional and courteous atmosphere.

It's a very standard room with a good location right next to a Bts. The room has basic facility with a strong shower. Around the area have food available early by 6.30am. Night life take a bts somewhere else. Check in and check out slow. And during check in the housekeeping should not be vacuuming the carpet as there is already not enough place for guest to be standing. Other than the above we would say it's OK place if you want to sleep and rest.

Interior is modern, clean and inviting. Friendly and efficient staff, great happy hour on the Skybar with small pool area. Completely priced for Silom area, I enjoy it’s proximity to all the services my stays require. Recommend you try for yourself 😃👍

Great location. Sits right below the Chong Ning Si BTS. 3 stops to Siam SQ. Next to the local Lai Lai Sup morning market where cheap eats are bountiful. Many small independent coffee stalls brewing really great coffee at very reasonable prices. Opposite is the Mahanakon where an Airconditioned food hall is located. Michelin rated street food stalls can be found there. Checkin was pleasant. Was able to store luggage as we were there before checkin time of 2pm. Depending on availability we have been able to checkin as early as 10am on a previous visit. Rooms were reasonably large. Aircon is good. Nice n cold for a hot n humid BKK. We had a king bed. Comfortable and clean. Shower was ok. Water pressure and heat was good. Usual amenities except bedroom slippers. A small dinning room on the 8th floor serves a basic breakfast. But get out and walk the morning market for better eats. I got very good quality croissants and danishes for 20-30 baht each. Freshly brewed Coffees are about 40-50 baht. Excellent quality can be had from these small roasters. Go explore the area. Many good one. I like 1to2 and School of coffee. There’s a rooftop bar and pool for some refreshments in the evenings. Walls were a little thin as noise from neighboring room and corridor could be heard. Staff were pleasant and the manager was friendly and made a good impression.

Just the matter of the breakfast, not many choices, a bit dull. And some smell from the drainage in the guest room. Others are fine. Staff is friendly and polite. The pool is just for kids and fun. Only 2 minutes is needed to walk to the BTS station and there are lots of things to see and do in Silom area.
