There were many problems with the room: the shower drain was clogged; the couch and bedsheets had oil stains; the power outlet next to the bed was not working; carpeting in hallways was stained. The Staff were very nice. Convenient location for Ganga Hospital.

Found the hotel very poorly maintained. The carpets in the hallway were stained and smelly. There was a bad smell on the floor we were on. Worst of all was the state of the bathrooms. Toilet was stained and was dirty. Would have checked out but was stuck there as we were part of a wedding group. On the upside, complimentary breakfast was good, and service staff were good.

This hotel sucks, can't provide basic amenities like fans and airconditioning. Writing this review at 3 am in the morning with two toddlers bawling. They can't sleep because this hotel is too cheap to fit functioning ACs or simple desk fans.

Staff was so friendly and the food ambience was excellent . Especially i loved their good we specially asked for South Indian items they made it excellently. Staff was so polite and they responded with happy face and they took cafe of the guest so good

I booked a premium double room. The room was not properly cleaned. Service was very bad, for everything you have to call room service multiple times. They said no outside food was allowed, which was surprising. Reception staff was not welcoming. Table had cigrate bud burning marks. Overall bad experience.
