Pranav the duty manage was a friendly guy and helped a lot to make the trip a good and a remembrable one . The service was just great . Vilatha from guest relations was rather friendly and joyous . Thanks to the team , the hotel and service was also very nice :)

🎸 Our first impressions when we arrived at Hard Rock Goa, were fabulous. The reception staff were very helpful and we were given plenty of information about the hotel whilst being taken up to our room, which also had been upgraded for us 🙏 The room was clean, large and airy. Our room was kept clean and tidy for us all the time we were there, and nothing was too much trouble from our housekeeping, so thank you to Abhimanyu, Tej and Sanjay. We went down in to the Tonic Bar area and were met by delightful and helpful staff, we had drinks and food from there many nights and it was lovely - thank you to Elvira, Dev and Amit. The pool area was kept lovely too, it was clean and we were always met with a smile and snuggley clean towels each time we wanted to use it - thank you guys. My only observation, which wasn’t really down to the pool staff, was that that most of the cushions on the chairs were stained - which wasn’t very pleasant and I was quite surprised to see given the calibre of the hotel. The buffet restaurant, could be improved. The staff were generally happy and they were very helpful, but unfortunately, we thought the restaurant could have been cleaner. The doors were also left open most of the time, so it was also hot and sticky in there. Given the hot and humid temperatures it just wasn’t a pleasant environment to eat in. It would have been nice to sit, relax and talk in an air conditioned restaurant which we would usually have expected in a hotel of this rating. We therefore ate a lot of meals in our room, given it was one of the few places air conditioned.

The room service offered by Mr. Ravikumar and Mr. Animesh was top notch and excellent. Both of them were very friendly and nice to us. Extended help as in when required and kept always smile on their faces which was pleasant. The quality of the service was fantastic and every time we entered the room it felt fresh and new as if entering for the first time. Great room after a tiring day outside in the scorching heat of Goa makes whole lot of difference and it was always wonderful coming back to it. We are thankful to Mr. Ravikumar and Mr. Animesh for making our stay delightful. We’ll definitely want to visit again in future and recommend Hard Rock Hotel Goa to our friends
