Great location, central to everything, a short walk to the lake. We were welcomed with a drink and fruit. Great breakfast, the room was clean, roomy and the beds were comfortable. Ms Lily is amazing, she started communicating with me before we left for our holiday, asking if there was anything she could help us with. She booked our train tickets and arranged transport to Halong Bay and return. It definitely took the stress from us. Ms Lily also gave us tips and recommended places for us to visit while in Hanoi. All staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. Definitely worth staying.

We stayed in the hotel for 7 nights and everything was great. Plenty of choice at breakfast. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly - big thank you to all of them. Mrs Lily did an amazing job helping us with trips and onward travel arrangements

Very good service, friendly staff, clean rooms, close to main attractions. Also helped us ( did everything) with very good Halong bay cruise. Supported us , especially Lily👍 I surely recommend them if you want to stay in Hanoi and experience food, culture and history of the city.

Loved this hotel! So easy to walk to the different quarters of Hanoi. The breakfast is yummy and lots of options. The hotel room was spacious and clean. Lily the receptionist was so lovely, always saying hi and asking how we were. As well, all the staff were helpful and made sure our needs were met. Thank you so much! From Alix and Karen.

we stayed here for two nights. the hotel is centrally located and you can easily explore the old town. many restaurants and bars within walking distance. unfortunately the room was a bit worn out, the facilities were good (fridge, safe, hairdryer, desk). the breakfast buffet is well mixed. we couldn't sleep well both nights because a nearby bar played loud bass until long after midnight. and in the morning the cleaning staff was very loud. over all the hotel staff was friendly and helpful during the whole stay and gave sighseeing tips.
