Excellent Ambience, Excellent Food with cordial well behaved staff. we stayed for 2 nights at Greendale Resort, Pachmarhi at Hill view cottage. Good facility with heater for cold climate. Breakfast was awesome with many varieties especially we liked Aloo Vada and Veg Cutlet. we had 2 ala cart dinner and enjoyed food. Pachmarhi has 2 sightseeing norms- Forest area and Non Forest area. we had only 1 day for sightseeing so we selected historical non forest area of Pachmarhi sightseeing with 1200 Rs for day in gypsy. Non forest area can be covered through rented gypsy or own car or rented cab. Bison Lodge & Museum is walking distance from resort from where forest sightseeing gypsy are booked. Forest area gypsy charges are not fixed by MP Govt, it keeps fluctuating as per weekends and festivals. Per Gypsy charge is 3000 Rs sightseeing + 1200 Rs forest charge entrance = 4200 Rs for a day. if you alight from Pipariya Railway station, cabs will be charging both ways Rs 1000-1200 one way. ( I feel it's high for 55 kms drop) Kids Play area should be included in resort with slides and swings or so that they can spend time in nature with games. Overall if you are in Pachmarhi, I highly recommend Greendale Resort for your stay.

We 3 friends went to Pachmarhi for participating in Monsoon Marathon...and stayed for 2 nights in Greendale resort, Pachmarhi in Suites... Greendale Resort is very beautiful... Well maintained resort... Lush greenery inside the resort and outside the resort too... Convenient location in Pachmarhi.... First of all it was very near the START/FINISH point of Marathon... And it is not in the core Pachmarhi region... so not crowded.... though we stayed in Suites, we saw cottages also, which were also very very Beautifully made... Staff is very polite and good service by the Staff... Breakfast has wide variety of Tasty food.... Size of Room and Bathroom of Suites is quite large... Only one negative thing - Parking is not in covered area in Resort.. Parking is on main road

This resort has a great location, just 200 meters from the center of Panchmarhi. Its very pretty looking, has a well maintained large lawn where you can sit and relax, enjoy your meal and kids can play around. The rooms are decent, beds are not that good. The service though is very average, the food is also way below average. Its better to have your meals outside. The breakfast spread is huge, but all items are just about ok.

The resort is very good. But the staff and specially the manager named irfan or ibran what ever his name was is very rude and mis shaving. He kisne javed with us by talking rudely to my wife and also gave life threatening threat after we checked out if we tell this to someone. I have never seen such a misbehaving person in any resort I have ever been. And Trust me I have been to over 12 could tries multiple times. But never seen such a drastic manager and sucha rude behaviour.

A very well laid out hotel with greenery all around.The rooms and the cottages in particular are very comfortable and fairly well equipped. The management should check the equipment’s in the rooms to ensure that these are properly functioning. It was found that in some rooms either the fridge or tv or AC were not working properly. Over all the staff members respond promptly and are helpful. The breakfast buffet is very good, variety of items are served and the staff members do take personal care during breakfast time.The menu in the restaurant also has a wide variety and the cooking is fairly good. Good choice for both vegetarian and non vegetarians. The hotel personnels should immediately install railings for facilitating movement of the guests especially at the entrance and approach area of the cottages. Senior citizens are at a risk. If the suggestion are impotent will be a lovely place to stay.
