We went for a family dinner at Once Upon a time , it was an excellent experience! Mr Sunny suggested good items from the menu , every item has unique taste and presentation Must have is Annanas mutton boti , avakaya prawns and Awdhi biryani Taste is outstanding Service is outstanding Presentation is excellent

Had a wonderful stay with excellent room service. The meals were absolutely amazing, and the staff were incredibly polite and attentive. The location is beautiful, with a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere throughout. Highly recommended!

We had a delicious dinner in Once Upon a Time thanks to the excellent service and professionalism of Mr. Srinivas Rao Manne and his staff. It was a memorable evening for us and we will cherish it always. We hope to visit Once Upon a Time and Greenpark hotel soon! Thank you for your personalised care and hospitality. Only suggestion would be to have more Indian desserts.
