We had a mixed experience at Green Park Chennai. While the rooms were comfortable and the food was truly delicious, we faced a significant communication hurdle. My parents, who only speak Tamil, struggled as we could not find any Tamil-speaking staff members during our stay. In a city like Chennai, we expected the local language to be supported. The hospitality was otherwise good, but the language barrier made things difficult for elderly guests."
