Our room was never cleaned during our 4day 3night visit. We were charged 1 night stay for a room we had to cancel because of a health issue even though Expedia told us they would likely waive that cancellation fee. We canceled room within 47 and a 1/2 hours before trip

BEWARE! This hotel charges amenity fees even though they do not appear on your reservation. If questioned upon checkin, they say the ‘extra’ amount is a hold and will be reversed on checkout. Then at checkout, you are hit with the explanation is that they were amenity fees. What amenity? I requested service when there-but got nothing. No cleaning! No towels! No coffee/tea! No soap etc! No nothing. I had to find cleaners in the halls to ask for soap and shampoo -on a 4 day reservation! The hotel was noisy, and so called amenities did not work( in and out of Wi-Fi) , little beverage place in lobby closed for most of the stay, requests for service totally ignored.

This hotel is as dirty and low on service as it gets. I was a "guest" for 4 days and not once were towels or bed sheets replaced. The noise level between rooms was high and conversations in the halls was easily heard as well. On registration, I was advised that an additional $100 was being added for incidentals. Yet, on checkout the $100 was used for what the clerk called amenities, i.e. health club, wifi, etc. It would have been nice to have a clean towel. Rooms are small. Very little public facilities unless you want a smoky bar or restaurant in the casino. NEVER again.

The rooms and lobby are really nice and so is the free parking. But once you leave the hotel and casino area, the neighborhood is dangerous, especially at night. The front desk was overwhelmed when we checked in - people were waiting for 20 minutes. And the front desk staff was rude and lazy to boot. But they don’t make much money and have to commute to a scary neighborhood so you have empathy for them. I would never stay here again. It still gets 3 stars because the rooms are nice.

I visited Hollywood with my sister. We had a really good time. Interacted with some friendly folks. There are a variety of slots to play. We ate in the eatery section. Food was good. I will definitely come back.
