We stayed in standard room. Suitable for 2 persons. Reasonable tariff. Extra person will be claustrophobic. Don't expect good view from room. But other common areas have great views. Buffet Breakfast and evening tea snacks complementary. Food tasty. We took only breakfast. Very good food options are nearby. Clean, staff prompt. Thanks to Agoda and the hotel for relaxing vacation.

There's no AC in the rooms. Shocked that the rooms at this budget have no AC. Never happened anywhere in the country where we traveled. Also a very unprofessional setup where the come family comes along, garbage bags thrown in the corridors, blood stains on the floor and so on. Very dirty place.

Hotel staff is very courteous and good which is the highlight of the hotel. Rooms are decent as well for this price range. Food is decent not the best I have had but decent enough Location of the hotel is pretty good, 10-15 mins walk and there are lots of shops nearby, just need to walk through the narrow lane

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Grand Plaza in Munnar for a month and it has been a wonderful, relaxing stay! The location of the hotel is about fifteen minutes walk from the main town and in a very quiet bye-lane off the highway. Lot of eateries, a supermarket and a delightful bakery cum cafeteria is in the neighborhood. The entire Hotel is all about positive vibes. The warmth and care shown by every member of the staff whom we encountered, has made for a very cheerful and peaceful stay, one that we will remember for a very long time! We would like to offer heartfelt thanks to all departments:- The restuarant Housekeeping, Maintenance and The Front Office, for tirelessly striving to make all guests as comfortable as possible. (1) Firstly we heartily thank the Operations Manager Mr Nishadh for overseeing every aspect of our long stay and leaving no stone unturned to make sure that nothing was amiss. (2) The Front Office:- Very grateful to the Front Office Manager, Mr.Rubin Thomas George for always being there for our queries and for complementing Mr. Nishadh. Our sincere thanks to Vineesh, Soumya, Shamil, Gautham and Krishna (bell desk), for their help and kindness. (3) Housekeeping:- Hearty thanks to the efficient housekeeping team for their contribution to hygeine and comfort :- Thank you Mahalakshmi (HOD), Jayalakshmi, Aswant, Manoj, Bhanu, Anthonyamma, Chinnadurai, Anil(Supervisor), Ajitha and Vishnu. (4) Our regards to Ms. Rajalakshmi and Selvi (HOD) of the Accounts Dept.
