In this hotel all rooms are dirty. Blood stains in bedsheet, i said this to the owner of this hotel, he said its not blood it is red color i laugh him and said change the bedsheet now. He said now won't be possible because there is no extra sheet. Very rudely he replied. I already paid full amount . I change that bedsheet with my other bedsheet and sleep without bedsheet. Please dont visit here if they are given free also.

This so-called hotel which is actually a homestay cane with a promotion when I booked my flight with AirAsia. I stayed there between 11th June and 22 and June. The owner has a terrible attitude. On the first day I arrived at SN my luggage did not arrive hence I was already upset over this. To make things worse, this guy gave me a room without WiFi initially. He was showing double standard assuming I was an 'Indian citizen'. He has no clue that Malaysia is comprised a multiracial population. He went a bit too far in quizzing about my name etc. I couldn't trust him from that point on and did not make any arrangement of transport or sight seeing through him. I contacted a travel.agent. When the travel agent came to discuss the itinerary apparently the owner had asked him if he was going to stay with me! This was conveyed to me later by the travel agent. The owner had allowed someone with a dog to stay in one of the rooms and it was noisy. The dog kept barking and I was also wondering how he as a Muslim allowed this. Isn't it haram? Please don't ever stay here. The water in the bathroom clogged up after every shower. Poor service
