i liked everything in the hotel, the room, the breakfast. Excellent location that is 6 minutes walking from Taksim the place of many touristic attractions. The staff is very professional and helpful.

Grand Hyatt is truly grand. It has amazing professional and caring staff that caters to you in every possible way. The best breakfast we have seen in the world - the variety had no end- all kinds of egg options freshly cooked with olive oil, huge variety of pastry, nuts, vegetables, fruits, side dishes, salads. They even have a big variety of freshly made juices - from standard orange juice to even celery juice and healthy cucumber or lemon shots. On weekends there is a lady making great traditional Turkish bread - a memorable touch. They also had huge variety of spices, so you could make any kind of tea or seasoning you wanted. The assistant restaurant manager Ufuk provided exceptional service accommodating all our needs at breakfast. He even knew every day what we usually ordered, prepared custom tea with spices I liked and made sure we had custom dishes we ordered every day. He was the best host we have ever seen in any hotel brand in the world. I would love to see him as a general manager one day in one of the wonderful hotels in the world! Even the hotel is huge and there were naturally lots of customers, they managed to personalize the service to the point where they even knew what we liked and how we liked it, knew our name and remembered it! The executive lounge for globalists is also generous providing delicious food in the evening and a variety of soft and alcoholic drinks. The lounge also provides breakfast in the morning, but we have not tried it since we were very happy in the main restaurant. The waiter in the lounge (I forgot his name) provided amazing service, extremely polite and caring, even getting special Turkish bread for my son that he liked. If you are looking for a relaxing Turkey experience with top notch service and great food or just having a business trip, look no further.

Stayed at this property over seven nights with my wife and teenage son. Our room - a suite - was ample in size and very comfortable (beds were perfect). Loved the delicious breakfast and lounge access. Emir, in the lounge area, made us feel at home and offered helpful advice (including a recommendation to an outstanding nearby barber for my son and I). Kerem at the front desk made helpful dinner reservations. As a globalist I travel to many Hyatt properties internationally - this one get five stars ⭐️

Great staff!!! Special thanks to Tunc, Safiye.. And Melda, Melissa and Emir. A bunch of wonderful people. We also met Behlu, a 22 years of cat who is part of the Grand Hyatt family. The hotel staff are all so kind to him and look after Behlu!!! Location is one of the best and catering service is great. It is most favourite hotel and we come here regularly. Always have good conversations with the tel managers Tunc and Safiye who make us feel we are at home and all our needs being properly looked after! Thank you all.

Great hotel. We had a good time. Breakfast was great. We also enjoyed the food and drinks served on the mezzanine floor. Emir was helpful and provided great service to our group. We will surely recommend and return. The rooms were good to buy the TVs did not have English channels.
