hated the entire experience, the check in was delayed, the person checking us in had literally no knowledge, one day the room wasn't cleaned had to call and get it cleaned at night, restaurant experience was terribly, even after taking up a reservation, when I went there I was told that a place is available but the service there will be slow and would take long, checking out I was made to wait for 30mins near my room, finally no one came and it was a terrible experience

The rooms are spacious with a big balcony. the best highlight of the property is the pool. Loved it ! Breakfast spread and service was good.

This was my second visit to Grand Hyatt Goa, and from the very beginning, I knew I wouldn’t be staying anywhere else on this trip. My first experience back in 2016 had left such a lasting impression that even after trying several other properties in Goa – including some “superior” and pricier ones – nothing quite matched the feeling I got here. Interestingly, my husband was skeptical when I insisted on returning. He often says that the hospitality industry rarely stays consistent and that I might be disappointed if I expected the same warmth. Thankfully, he was proven wrong — the Hyatt magic still exists! Highlights of Our Stay Bay View Room: A must-choose category! The views are breathtaking and add an entirely new dimension to the stay. Exceptional Service: Our butler, Parth Pachaury, ensured every little detail was perfect. He swiftly resolved initial concerns and went above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday celebration truly special. The décor and arrangements he did were far beyond our expectations. This guy is literally 10/10, and he did make our trip extra special. Transparency & Care: A special thanks to Vikram Rajavart, who personally showed us areas of the property affected by heavy rains and soil erosion through a video. I truly appreciated the honesty — they didn’t try to hide that the old staircase to the bay was damaged. A new cemented path is already being built, and though the current access point is a little farther, it’s still very convenient. Experiences Within the Property: From an indoor water sports zone (yes, even aquasailing, which we plan to try next time!) to a casino, you genuinely don’t need to step outside the resort. The restaurants are exceptional — multi-cuisine, Indian, Italian, Asian, and Capiz bar — all quite decent in both food and service. The Pool: Till date, I haven’t come across a swimming pool that can beat the one at Grand Hyatt Goa — expansive, scenic, and absolutely inviting. Dining Room Service: Special applause for Sopan, who served us the most perfectly balanced peach iced tea on our first day — none of the later versions (even in Chulha or Dining Room) came close to his! His warmth and attention to detail were simply delightful. Comfort & Convenience: Though the property is beautifully flat and easy to walk around, the 24/7 buggy service is always available — a thoughtful touch that adds to the comfort. Special Mentions Shashank, Team Leader at The Dining Room – kind enough to bring us a few things to the table even on our checkout day. Sohom – brewed us a special cup (twice!) because the machine coffee wasn’t up to the mark. Ramen (in The Dining Room), The lady Housekeeping Supervisor (name starting with A) – both extremely polite and attentive. Final Thoughts What truly sets Grand Hyatt Goa apart is its people. Everyone is welcoming, smiling, and genuinely warm — you feel looked after, not merely as a guest, but as part of their extended family. This trip simply reaffirmed our decision — Grand Hyatt Goa will remain our preferred destination in Goa. Keep up the great work, Team Hyatt!

Beautiful property with clean rooms, very clean pool, jacuzzi and clean changing rooms. The location is good and accessible since it’s just 30 mins from Dabolim airport and a few mins from Panjim. The beach access is limited now because of construction and that was disappointing. You will need to go to a different beach to enjoy the sand and beach experience.

DEEP MALA was extremely helpful and left no stones unturned and went out of her way to make my daughters bday experience memorable . Chef Anil personally took care of our food prefrences and made our three day dining experience memorable. His cooking style was authentic and mind blowing. His cooking style and taste was much better than their speciality restaurant Chula. Nidhi, Jenisha, Ajit, prahlad, sonu , jayanti from spq all the services provided by them was significant and satisfactory.
