Horrible experience. I walked out of the property at first sight and did not stay there. First of all, it was not a hotel but a house wherein few rooms were put up for stay. Even guest house are in better condition. They have falsely classified this property as a hotel. Secondly, the moment we entered our room, it was smelling bad and washroom was also not upto the mark. At that moment itself we decided that we cannot stay in such pathetic property. Thirdly, actual property is in very bad shape and pictures on MMT/tripadvisor do not give true picture (may be photoshoped for improvement). I am unable to understand on what basis good reviews are given to this property. To sum up, i had booked this property for two days and despite making 100% advance payment on MMT, i did not stay there. This is service failure on part of makemytrip as well.

Location is awesome, river side view from room Window and staff behavior is excellent , suppotive all staff of grand heritage resort... Diner , lunch & all facilities is very good. Thanku grand heritage resort family...
