The worst experience. The AC was not working, when requested the staff did not help us in a go, and came up with lame excuses. We did not even receive basic amenities like water bottle. I had requested for 2 water bottles and received only 1 bottle, after 4 calls and 1.5 hour wait, saying the staff is very busy. Very rude staff and subpar service.

Our stay at Golden suits Gurugram was wonderful! The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also fantastic, close to many attractions. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the relaxing atmosphere of the pool area. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay. Great rooms, clean, spacious. Menu for is varied and there is really good food. Breakfast pretty good - really efficient, kind lady cooking our eggs. Could have done with greater selection of fruit imo. Wide range of Indian options. Pool is lovely - and our main reason for being there was to use it and relax after a hectic tour of the country. Unfortunately, a wedding was also booked using the space by the pool in the evening so we were initially told we on the day when we went down in our swimming gear that we couldn’t use it … then another person said we could … then another that we could use till 7…. Then another person said we could use till 5pm. This was confusing and left us feeling like we were a nuisance rather than valued guests. Best to check if all the facilities are definitely usable when you book!! PS This is my wife's review!
