Our experience with Golden Tulip was elevated to extraordinary, thanks to the commendable efforts of two remarkable staff members, Tajjamul and Vishal. Tajjamul was the architect of our seamless departure. His meticulous planning and foresight ensured that our journey from the hotel to the railway station was devoid of any stress, despite the complexities that come with family travel. His proactive approach made us feel cared for and valued. Vishal took over with grace and professionalism that matched the high standards of Golden Tulip. He escorted us to the railway station, providing assistance every step of the way, and made sure we were comfortably settled on the train. His dedication to service extended beyond the hotel doors, right up to the train compartment, reflecting a hospitality that was both heartwarming and commendable. I went to golden tulip branche for my anniversary celebration. We had good food. The staff is very polite and friendly. Ms Sandipa is very nice and charming girl. Her behaviour and way of talking is very good. All over we had a great time.

Poor service, food quality average, and not customer friendly hotel. Room is good, washroom size very small. Frequently power cut. They don’t allow zomato boy in for delivery, customer have to go on the gate to collect the order which is not at-all acceptable.

Very good experience along with seamless checking in. Pallavi at the desk was supportive and helpful. The room was clean and well organised. It is situated at a nice location outside of the city but within approachable distance from most landmarks. Staff was courteous.
