The room was good and the housekeeper Samim is very good person. Overall nice experience. The food quality is nice and the their behaviour is good and they are very helpful towards their guest. One should visit this place weather it's a business purpose or family visit.

Absolutely bad facilities and untrained staff. AC, hot water don't work and no one is ready to help. My room's AC was not working. I complained at 8pm. Could not fix. Again complained at 8.45pm, again could not fix. Finally, on 3rd complaint at 9.30, finally came and said AC gas may not be there. It sounded so ridiculous. Asked me to shift room, then vanished while I kept waiting for 15 minutes after packing my things at 10pm. I am still waiting and my respect for Tata Group and IHCL is going down. Tata Group is only good at PR. At actual customer experience, they seem to be the worst. Clueless staff and badly maintained rooms.

Best stay… Mr. Lallan Das & Romzan was very polite & Gentleman and the food quality was very good, Rooms are quite Comfortable and housekeeping staff is very professional. Next time i will be in Bangalore i will definitely prefer ginger……..

Nice no frills budget hotel that gives much value compared to the cost incurred. Staff is nice, like in all taj accommodations. On the cons side I found the property bit dead compared to say ginger mysuru. Also the staff at Qmin is not so cool. Whatever request you have they first make an excuse: but it will take 25 mins, there are no tandoori items ever, chef has left and since then the tandoor hasn’t been lit, we don’t deliver complimentary food to room. Also complimentary lunch/dinner choices are very limited; only some thalis out of a biggish menu. The staff eventually accede to your request, but to begin with they make an excuse almost always. But overall good cheap clean stay.

The stay is comfortable and has a homely ambience. The restaurant and room service is really commendable. Added to that is the helpful and cordial attitude of the staff, and also, Lalan Das for his friendly and cordial attitude, which made it a comfortable stay altogether.
