Don't get swayed by other reviews. Gagal home used to be good but now they are not ridiculous. I was travelling from UK and they cancelled my reservation 1 day before and I had no place to stay with 3 kids. After coming back to UK I sued air bnb. So stay away

I had an awesome stay at Gagal Home Service Apartment. All the amenities were being provided at a very affordable price. It is like your second home in Mumbai. And I would highly recommend this service apartment to all.

Had booked the property for stay from 24th April-26th April through Makemytrip. At the time of booking I realized that address of the property mentioned as Borivali-kandivali east which are of 2 adjacent suburbs in mumbai however location on map showed location of borivali east. Post booking I contacted customer support for exact address, I was told that they have properties in borivali east and kandivali east and I can get accommodation in any one of the property however exact location will be told 1 day before checkin date as they allocate rooms 1 day before customers checkin.Since I was okay with any of the mentioned locations (borivali-kandivali east), I didnt cancel my booking. 1 day before check in (after free cancellation window closed) I called customer support at 12 to know exact address, i was told that I'll get the details by 5:30-6:00 PM. Since I didn't receive details by 6:45 PM, I called Makemytrip (travel booking portal), they connected me to gagal customer support, now I was told that I'll get details in 30 minutes....finally received details at 8:15 PM with surprise...location was totally different than what was mentioned in booking and was not suitable for me So had to contact travel portal to report location mismatch. Luckily Makemytrip helped to book a hotel without any additional charges. This review is based on booking experience only. As I cancelled my booking, I cant comment on other factors like accommodation, service, staff or food.

Amazing service apartment with service upto the mark. I stayed here for a week and I felt like my own home. The food here was really awesome. I would definitely recommended for all types of travelers.

My stay here was very nice. The apartment is very well built and the staff of the apartment is cooperative and friendly. Home like food is served here. I would recommend this service apartment to all types of customers.
