We ate at this restaurant at least three nights in a row. It’s on the beach, it’s very simple, and we had the best prawns and soup, ever! We recommend you stop in for a bite! Next door to the Royale Exotica Hotel....

really pathetic service with bad experience will not recommend any one to spoil his Trip. Issues occur: 1. no room services , like Water , food , tea coffee , etc. and after 11 pm not allowed to eat food in restaurant, 2. No cleaning will be done once you have checked in till checkout. 3. single towel ,soap and bed sheet for one room from check in till you checkout, if going with children and fends sharing room , no extra towel will be given. 4. If going in Group not able to play music in rooms , and in hotel premises . 5. if you ordered any thing you need to pay cash at a time, and full payment in advance , for all. 6. if you need any help like info about near about visiting places areas, Cabs arrangement, or any local enquirer will not get any help from hotel, 7. Staff is so arrogant and if you want to ask for these issues with them the Body builder Owner will not hesitate to use his mussels power. 8. No parking for rented car or vehicles . 9. very high in his price, 10 also not get Sea facing room is you already done payment. All the best if you chooses for this hotel.

This was my 3rd trip to Goa Calangute and this hotel is the worst i have stayed in. The manager denied everything we asked for (Waterbottle, towel, roomservice, taxi service etc) and also denied to playing music aswell. Imagine yourself in Goa with friends and we are not allowed to play music. Rooms were pathetic without basic amenities like waterbottle , Towels, Soap (Forget about Shampoo, hairconditioner and tea/coffee maker) Hotel Management is rude and owner is bully. they impose everything on you. "Yaha aisa nahi karne ka, beach aapka hai par waha jaane ka nai"

We husband and wife stayed there during this dec 10- 15 th 2017. So impolite , unprofessional, unethical and un-trustworthy , I am yet to experience .The manager tries to show that he is having muscle power of few so called " don friends" Proximity to beach and One room with a big balcony is their real asset and the same room is promised to more than one sets of guests. But while checking in , they allot other rooms and promise other guest's balcony for use to guests of other rooms encraching the privacy of the right full owner . So nasty approach , it does not deserve gentleme as guests.
