Brilliant Hotel, the best thing about it was the friendly staff - having the best man Bimal Nayak in the front desk 24/7 was really helpful made us feel very comfortable along with Manjiro and Muthukumar , breakfast was good the staff at the restaurant are always ready to dish out anything you want -Samar is the one whom you should reach out to, overall brilliant service, thank you team.

Hi, good evening. I am Durga Prasad Mohanty recently visited Chennai and stayed at four point Sheraton, OMR. Though I was not keeping well , because of some important meeting I had to go. From the time I checked in I was very well received by the front desk executives and I was very happy with the support they provided me . Instantly I felt very comfortable. One gentleman Mr Bimal Nayak if remember his name correctly was exceptional in helping me during my four days stay. He really took care of me so well when I was affected by some flu. This is what I really appreciate about the customer support of Marriott group hotels across the cities I travel to. I normally check into Marriott group hotels at Chennai, Ahmadabad, Kolkata, Jaipur. Huh! It's a feeling like the sky is at home and I really enjoyed the service, hospitality and every aroma of the food that made me feel like I am back home.
