I feel it is one of the best hotels in Tirupati when you compare cost versus comfort. It is close to all important places. The staff is very helpful and the room service is very fast. The property is maintained neatly. It has an all-vegetarian restaurant, which is rather unique among top hotels.

The stay was very memorable and great. We had an extremely delighted experience. Silpi Pal, Mitali, Siddhi were very much helpful and truly professional. The rooms very very neat and everything was well prepared in advance and overall experience was great indeed.

Very nice hotel. It is quietly tucked away in the a less busy area at the periphery of Tirupati, yet it is easy to access the shops and eateries at the center. I think a car is necessary if you want to move about in Tirupati. There is a nice pool in the hotel. There are also several restaurants that we noted, and we had both dinner and breakfast at the Zodiac restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a large spread. The rooms were nice and cosy, and good supply of hot water. Check in and check out was smooth with attentive receptionists.

I just checked in and Iam not waiting to checkout to write my review. The senior most executives of Fortune are the best and most customer friendly. They are brilliant leaders even if they operate out of Mumbai.Truly motivating. The leadership in Tirupati right from GM is outstanding and very responsive. Mr. Sooraj has been supportive in the past and is always most helpful. Ms. Megha is outstanding and a shining example of a motivated staff under brilliant leadership. She has a commendable approach and every guest will find it refreshing Ms. Subani and Ms. Gayatri are outstanding. Mr. Balaji as always ( concierge) is very helpful and so is Ms. Latha ( house keeping) Ms. Latha services with an outstanding approach laced with pleasantness. Even the last time, she was very supportive. The rooms are clean and maintained impeccably. AC’s are functioning very well. Outstanding food at the restaurant. Lunch was very tasty and the service by everyone was at its best. They made us feel at home. Mr. Naresh, Ms. Mondel were superb The breakfast is hugely value for money. As always, experience at Grand Ridge is phenomenal and the people right from the top in Mumbai down to people like Mega and everyone else make it an unforgettable stay Thankyou all

Very clean and comfortable hotel. We stayed for 2 nights. The rooms were quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. The food in the Rainbow restaurant was very good. Mr. Krishna, in the restaurant, took note of my son's allergies and ensured with the kitchen staff that his dishes didn't have anything he was allergic to. After eating idlis for lunch and dinner in Tirumala, it was a welcome break for him. The restaurant menu further clearly identified allergens. It was very reassuring that there was recognition for food allergies, and proper care was taken in this regard. The restaurant staff was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. The morning breakfast had plenty of choices. A special thanks to Mr. Krishna and the rest of the Rainbow restaurant staff for their hospitality. We also bought a few gifts from the gift shops in the hotel. Overall experience was great.
