My stay at welcom hotel bay island was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel’s elegant vintage design, combined with its top-notch amenities, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The attentive and courteous staff catered to my every need, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Special thanks and heartiest good wishes for Pranjalii she is the best, Rekha , Joel also from the reception. Jairam , joy, all the restaurant employees were good. With its mesmerizing location and outstanding service. This property has quickly become my go-to choice for accommodations whenever I travel to the area. 5 star! Highly recommended.....

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Andaman Port Blair ........ Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff from the front I rememberd the beautiful staff Ms. Pranjali❤️ she is highly appreciated as she was lovely and everyone in the reception was extremely friendly and very helpful ..... The restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor and all the chefs deserves a special thanks..... We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience........ The scenery from the resort was beautiful .... Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the people who are working in the property Mr.Raj , Mr.Ajitsh, Mr.Suresh and all of them who does a great job here, true sample of excellent hospitality!!!!!!! Thank you for making all of it worth it ......

What I loved- Gita- She's in charge of the Travel Desk. Very knowledgable and helpful, she guided us patiently while we were planning our tour itineraries in Port Blair. Our stay was so much better because of her. Room- We booked the Executive Suite in ITC and had a beautiful, large sea view room. There are two small balconies adjoining the room. Very comfortable beds and bathroom and enough space for extra beds Location- It's not a Central location but pretty close to all the sights. Service- The restaurant and housekeeping staff is excellent and their service made us feel at home Music- Music in the bar and restaurant was great. Keep that up please. What I did not love- - All the lights in the bathroom were connected with one switch only. So, at night, all lights would light up simultaneously. It disturbs your sleep. - The bathroom near the reception is dirty and does not fit a 5 star hotel - The breakfast and lunch buffet is repetitive and boring if you're staying for more than a day. Could have more variety. - The pool is too small for such a large property. Only one family can swim at a time

We haven’t stayed there. But took our time for breakfast in the morning before a ferry to Havelock. The service and location was perfect. Good food. Chilled on veranda early in the morning looking forwards to our trip to the islands. Fantastic.

This is one of the best property in the Andamans this was my first trip to the andamans and have to say staying in this property of ITC was all the worth. Wonderful location mesmerizing view . Amazing food and the most exceptional part is the employees of this hotel.......... Some special appreciation for the best employees want to give a shoutout to them Ms. Pranjali from the front office she was wonderful thought the whole stay of us all the front office people are good . Then the service people Joykuty, Ajitesh , Jairam , Suresh and every Stuarts were amazing and also the room are wonderful with the great view . Have to say this property is a gem of the Andamans which gives a nature touch with a vintaged surroundings . Must visit property I will highly recommend this 5star hotel to everyone who is visiting Andaman Port Blair . Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful stay when we needed it.
