Fort Chandragupt is a centrally air conditioned heritage hotel with a 92 room inventory located in the centre of the city. The property and the room structure design has been blended in classic heritage with contemporary elegance. In a city where heritage buildings routinely are small in size the Fort Chandragupt Hotel is nothing small less than a high rise tower with multiple domes, arches and five floors. The hotel provides modern facilities and luxury accommodation at budget tariff. With a roof top terrace of 8000 sq.ft which provides a commanding view of the aravalli range of mountains on top of which sits the city's most famous landmark the Nahargarh Fort and the view of the city on the other side. Also on the hotel terrace stand a group of domes one of the largest of their kind in Jaipur which add drama to the property's peaceful setting.

Highly overprized and worst in services - For the third guest they provide similar blanket which is used in railways I have never seen that happen in any other hotel - Water provided in open always - Stained washroom - Worn-out and torn sheet - Mandate Gala dinner for ₹4500 this has shocked us the most as we were there on 24th Dec and we never celebrate Christmas. But a hotel in Jaipur asks all their guests including who are not Christians to pay again for highly overprized dinner which they have planned without asking us. This dinner was equivalent to any birthday party dinner with cheap performers and loud, irrelevant music again which has nothing to do with Christmas. - Small room, in which they somehow adjusted sofa which makes impossible to access almirah. - Switch board was behind the head board making it difficult to access too. - Shabby Sofa

Location is prime but hotel's breakfast is not up to the mark and special Frustrating service of Cab (Taxi) services provided by Hotel, which is actually is not managed by hotel so pls don't book the Cab service at hotel, the drivers and owner both are not responding properly during service, actually rude behaviours and specially when you are travelling with family so I highly recommend that don't go with Cab service.

The hotel itself was fine, but the reception staff were not very friendly, the bar was hidden in the basement. Bin general not welcoming

It may be an old fort converted to a hotel. The building has an interesting architecture and some beautiful decorations. Some parts of the building is abandoned or under construction. Hotel is located in a busy bus station area (Sindhi Camp). Nothing touristic there except busy and dirty streets, tiny shops and many vehicles. Because of recent bad reviews, before arriving, our travel Coordinator specifically asked for clean and quiet rooms for our group. And we got clean and quiet rooms in the 3rd floor. Rooms were nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. The bathrooms are old and need replacing. No water flow in the shower. The front desk staff and managers are non responsive and blank. They can’t provide any helpful information or tips to the guests. The bills and payments in the hotel restaurant need to be checked carefully. Overpricing, cash payment irregularities, tricks and mistakes are tried there. It’s a basic hotel, with good rooms. Bathrooms need upgrades.

I am staying here today and confirm that this hotel is a complete scam. They have put pictures showing bigger area, sofa and what not but in actual the room is even devoid of basic facilities. The room are dingy, no window to outdoor world (only to inner corridor).
