Small and average hotel. They don't serve alcohol. Limited parking (2 cars) but ample space for two wheelers. No change of towel and toiletries the next day. Breakfast is decent. Swimming pool was cleaned the next.

It was mid-June 2018, while I was travelling to Goa, my wife joining a day later - decided to check-out North Goa, opted this resort - that turned out to be grave mistake. 1) Approach: Disaster started from morning - after landing in Goa, I along with my cab driver trying to contact hotel staff on provided number, which was switched off. The Address says Anjuna, whereas it is actually near Vagator. The path for resort is far inside the forest from main road, where you will not find any cab/local transport. Overpriced cabs are the only option you have. 2) Resort Quality & Amenities: Not so great – far away from what is projected on its promotion. Room not properly ventilated, power cut, pool not clean, A/C either too cool or too hot, Basic room ad-on like towel etc., not so clean. No cellular network Coverage, Wi-Fi signal too week to open even google home page. 3) Staff Behavior & Food: Food average quality – overpriced. Staff are very humble and supportive. That’s a good point. Overall, the stay is decent but not what is promised. Needs a lot of improvement.

With our own vehicle, this place was great to stay. Far from crowd and close to major beaches like anjuna, vagator, baga and calangute. The office staff is great. Food was also good. All rooms are pool facing.

This is a budget resort in North Goa. It is located away from crowdy areas. All rooms are pool facing. The pool timing is till 9pm but they let us use the pool after that also. They also have a snooker table. The service is good and the food is decent.

The rooms are pretty average, though the fact that they all open to the pool is a big positive. The pool is open till 9 and hence we were able to utilize the same on both days of our stay. It's a grear place if you are on a budget and want a place in North Goa away from the usual crowd. The breakfast was average as well, the staff is really helpful.
