Excellent rooms, food is excellent. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Location of the property is superb with everything in the vicinity and TCS , Candor , Ecospace , Mani casadona just a stone throw away. Recommend to stay here for work or leisure

Just avoid this place, it is run by hooligans with no concerns for customer. The check in time is 1pm and they didn’t provide room till 4:30 pm. All the reviews are fake, the rooms are in pathetic condition and the property is in shambles. The staffs are running side business of giving the room to couples on hourly basis and holding off the reservations.

As a local resident and hotelier myself, I was excited to try out this boutique hotel. While the location and building are impressive, my experience took a turn for the worse once I stepped inside. The front office area lacks warmth and professionalism, with a nice interior design but a dead atmosphere. The staff seems unenthusiastic, and even the General Manager was dressed casually and seemed abrupt. I attended a birthday party on the 4th floor, which has a lovely event space and a beautifully designed terrace perfect for evening gatherings. However, the food and service were subpar. The service staff seemed aimless, and I had to request basic refreshments. The F&B manager wore a black coat without a tie and spoke loudly, adding to the unprofessional atmosphere. The food disappointed, with flat flavors and poor service. Snacks like the chicken kebabs were hard and excessive. Dinner service was slow, with no refills on nan/roti and a delayed salad course. While the hotel's location is excellent, the interior experience falls short. With improvements in staff training, food quality, and overall service, this hotel could reach its full potential.
