Our return from Tirupati to Delhi by Air India on 14 Apr 2024 got cancelled. Air India rebooked us by Chennai-Delhi flight leaving Chennai next day at 20:40 PM and made our stay in this wonderful hotel - The Feathers - a Radha Group of Hotels. We had reached the hotel after midnight of 14Apr. We could not make out the route taken by the Taxi (provided by the hotel) from Chennai Airport to the Hotel. When we entered the hotel, we were surprised at its beautiful reception and courteous reception staff. We were given room 246 and 247. The rooms as such were excellent and well kept - neat and tidy - with a bath tub, TV and Tea/ Coffee maker (like we find in all hotels these days) but the best thing which makes it better than other hotels is the helpful staff at Reception, Restaurant, Housekeeping, etc. But the best part of the hotel was its restaurant Waterside on Floor 'R'. It had the best spread for breakfast and lunch. The food was really tasty and we had over eaten at Breakfast as well as at Lunch. I could not personally thank the Chief, which I convey through this review. The hotel is relatively new around 7 years. The minus points of this elegant hotel are (one) the surrounding view (one side there is a nallah and some buildings), there was just a wall from one room (Room 247); (two) its location. Our stay in Feathers was really convenient and the service was exceptional. The room amenities was very thoughtful. We 100% recommend the place for a comfortable stay. We had a special request and they staff very generously sorted it for us. Antara, Aditya , Pooja , Preeti and Kushbu were the very helpful staff who we had on our stay. Thank you.

The whole place was fantastic. All the hotel staff from reception, restaurants, gym, pool, and spa were so welcoming, warm and friendly. The room was great the bed was comfortable and it was made up every day. The food was m very nice and the breakfast's were good too!

Nice place food was amazing I am very confused what I have to order because I had last week beef tenderloin which is delicious today i went to some thing different, so chef surendar come to my table. He suggest me pork chops which is very very delicious thanks to him and of course I will back again

Excellent service all around. Didn't have any complaints. The staff was always friendly and greeted you, the food was of great quality and every time I needed something some one was there to help. The spa was top notch and the pool was nice to stay around
