My son was booked in there today for 7 nights,when he got there he was told not safe for him to stop find somewhere else he’s alone at 10am in the morning looking for a hotel never been to India before,I had paid a deposit of £30 to the hotel I am now trying to recover and they are still sending me emails to pay the full amount,I have reported them to Booking.com disgusting way to treat travellers.

While a very cheap hotel it is unclean and very rundown. The reception staff are only of help if they think they are going to sell you a tour. Otherwise getting the hot water turned on, getting soap or toilet paper is a 3 to 4 time request! Bed more comfortable than most we had during our India trip but didn’t feel too clean.

This hotel is by far the most rude and unfriendly, i have ever seen! when asked if my luggage can stay in the room they said ok fine, no problem. After returning at 20:00 at the hotel To pick up my Luggage, they charged me 2800 rp the price of a room. They told me it was ok to stay without paying. Eventually i have been threated by several employees of the hotel, forcing me to pay the money. Lucky i had cash on me, or they wouldnt have only stolen that from me! Thank god i survived or i wasnt here to write the review anymore. Employees are very pushy from Day 1 ( i booked 1 night and payed for 2). They force you and keep insisting to do haircuts massages and aso push you into there private bar! (Which is a silly bar at itself) Very dissapoint, terriefied and shocked about how they threat me. I would never in a million years advise this hotel, not even to my Worst enemey! To all out there! Be careful!!! It is 2023, but this is real!!

This hotel is strategically located and very near to central railway station. Easy communication as everyone knows hindi, tamil and english well. Property that fits your budget and you can have a great stay here

Many thanks for the hotel manager and personel for organisation of cosy party on the roof of the hotel. Our surprise request to organise Happy Birthday treetment was met openly and in half an hour we were happy to enjoy music, tasty beverages and hospitality of Deli. It was my first visit to India and I am happy to meet such warm relation through my two days stay in White Klove. Many thanks!!!
