Don't go by reviews and book the hotel. We family of 4 booked for 4days, Riya lady is ek number ka chor. On checking in they made us to pay full amount, then onwards everything was fraud, They have sent two separate cots pic before booking, later they gave us extra bed to sleep on the floor, We reached hotel at 10:45pm kitchen was closed . (Check the pics for info.) 3days we have ordered food but after 30min the housekeeping staff will come and say kitchen is closed (8:30pm). They won't give you plates and spoons if you order from outside. Swimming pool is pathetic. While using rusted Hairdryer my kid got electric shock. Beds are in worst condition bugs everywhere. Coming to staff everyone is in leisure mood and ask them anything mujey patha nahi. Plz don't book this worst hotel.

The experience was nothing less than horrible, im travelling with an infant (in fact her first vacation l, so booked a suite which they had as one of the best as they claimed) .. the room they have us was full of smell like the room wasn't opened for months and one of the workers also accepted that the room was closed for months for some work and it had fungus on pillows, sheets, chairs curtains, tv and refrigerator were not working, the toilet faucets were not even installed, no basic toiletries like tissue paper, water, soaps, towels ... The hotel was clueless if there was something called customer service.. in my last 20 yrs of traveling this is my worst hotel experience ever and I was amazed to see the Google photos, reviews, room photos that they put for promotions, makes me think how fake the marketing is really, the photos say something and experience is totally opposite.

This the worst hotel chain, they are in business of looting money from customers.. Once the money is in there account you can say it good bye even if you are eligible for refund you will not get it and there is no way you can talk with them as there in no customer care number and email id provided give the worst service possible

This was my second trip to this hotel (first one being 2018). I had a great experience back in 2018 due to which I directly booked the hotel without looking at other properties. But after coming here I could see how pathetic it has become. They don’t provide any cutlery if you wish to have your own food. My room was on triple occupancy but there were only 2 towels which didn’t seem new. There are no intercom numbers provided in the room. So you need to go to the reception for any requests. Even the reception number does not work most of the time. Every time I went to the reception, I could see people complaining about one thing or the other which reflects the sorry state of affairs with this hotel. Last but not the least, the breakfast spread is pathetic. The food is tasteless, there are no fruits etc. Most of the bowls are empty and it takes a long time for the 2 workers in that area to fill up and so the guests have to keep waiting for the food which further makes other guests stand there and wait and there is not enough capacity for all guests to be seated. All in all, I can say that this hotel needs to seriously improve its standards and service and not to act like a pure budget hotel. I can confirm that I am not coming here again.

FabHotels confirmed a lousy hotel in Chandigarh which was under reservation and then shifted us to another dirty one where the door knob and shower tab fell off. WE were most happy to leave the place and in the process skipped breakfast.
